Workout Plan: Lottery Ticket

Purpose: To improve cardiovascular endurance, build core strength, and engage multiple muscle groups through a high-intensity, full-body workout.

Warm Up:

2 rounds:

  • 4 shuttle runs
  • 3/3 hip openers
  • 2 walk outs
  • 10 touch toes and sky
  • 10 leg overs
  • 10 scorpion tails

Part A: Lottery Ticket

Measure: Rounds


  • 1600m run
  • 30 alt diagonal V ups
  • 30 shoulder taps
  • 30 hand release push ups
  • 30 second side plank/side
  • 30 weighted sit ups

Muscle Groups:

Full body: The workout engages multiple muscle groups, including the legs, core, shoulders, chest, and arms.

This workout plan is designed to challenge individuals with a high-intensity, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular endurance and builds core strength.
